The Captain John J. McKenna IV Memorial Fund is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization. Contributions to it are deductible for Federal Income Tax purposes to the extent permitted under Section 170(b)(1)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code for individual donors and Section 170(b)(2) for corporations.
